Could you live without your mobile phone

Can you live without your mobile phones? It’s a tough question and to be fair most would have to say no but as they have only really been about for the last 20 years what did we do before we all had a phone?

But as you know phone are more than phones nowadays..  Blackberry’s email service so popular its reckoned that more business emails are sent from mobile devices than PCs and the numbers are set to soar. Data is the future the networks say and with voip about to be the next big thing its easy to see why. Once everybody has a voip enabled handsets it could be free to call anyone anywhere any time.

Added to that when you think about the camera, the video player, diary, facebook , twitter, radio and all that other stuff they cram into the  handsets its no hard to see why we cant even think about not having our mobiles.

Mobile broadband is also growing from strength to strength with many users in the 18-30 age group shunning landlines completely and investing in internet and cellular enabled laptops like the new Apple iPad . And with Apple boasting over  200,000 available apps things are only going to get bigger and bigger . On average each iPhone user downloads two apps a week and further cementing my belief that its impossible to go back..

Give up my mobile, not on your life..
